Business modules kept being added. The team needed one entry point, and it had to be clear what each member of staff can see and do.

Work completed

Four navigation groups — work, intelligence, finance and management — and the staff permission system are running in the shared workspace.

Product photographs and copy were scattered, so the source, the version and where something had already been used were hard to check.

Images and product media are used for product content and team work, and keep their source, version and usage record.

Media records carry a source and a version history, and are linked to the product and the business use.

In real team use we check whether material can be found, whether the version is clear and whether the processing record is complete.
